We started growing micros back in 2020 when we had a lot of time on our hands! The humblest of beginnings - in a tent on our back porch! It didn't take long to outgrow that tent, and we eventually converted our garage to an indoor vertical farm. Climate controlled, with no bugs!

At Health is Wealth Micro Farms, our mission is to provide our customers with the freshest, highest quality microgreens and micro-derived products. We're committed to sustainable farming practices that protect our land (and our guts!) for future generations. We believe that by supporting local agriculture, we can help build stronger and healthier communities.

Our team at Health is Wealth Microfarms is mostly a one man show. Meet Eric, the green fingers of this operation. He does 100% of the farming and harvesting.  His wife Becky is a helping hand with packaging and Admin. We're proud to be a part of the local farming community and we're always happy to connect  with our neighbors and greater Central FL community.

At Health is Wealth Microfarms, we grow a variety of 'regular vegetables,' but we harvest them at the micro stage. These tiny but might veggies really pack a nutritional punch! All of our products are grown right here on our farm without pesticides so you can be sure that you're getting the freshest and most flavorful products available.
