Sunflower microgreens are the most well known microgreen. A hearty, leafy green that tastes like sunflower seeds!
The mixed micro lettuces and micro arugula are much more delicate but make for a more traditional tasting salad (tiny lettuce? Yes, please!).

Mildly flavored micros like broccoli and kale are great, dependable staples. They, like all microgreens, are also nine times more nutritionally dense than their adult counterparts. Kohlrabi is another similarly flavored microgreen in the cabbage family. We combine these three for an awesome combo pack called a Power Trio.

Like to spice things up? Don't forget to try our radish micros. They've got a little kick! The mustard varieties are also spicy, and are available on a limited basis. Also worth noting in the "interesting" category are our brussel sprout micros! Delicate and tasty, these taste more like a traditional brassica plant (broccoli or kale).

We've recently started growing red veined sorrel, a.k.a. "spinach dock." It has a much longer growing time, but these leafy green micros have young tender leaves and a wonderfully (but subtle) fruity flavor. The leaves are larger than most of our other greens and are simply beautiful.

We now grow cabbage and cauliflower! We have tossed these two green varieties into our newest mix, The Cruciferous Five! This mix includes kale, broccoli, kohlrabi, cabbage, and cauliflower.

Get yourself a combo pack! Our Sunnyside Mix has kale, broccoli, kohlrabi (called KBK for short!), radish, and red vein sorrel atop a bed of sunnies. Similarly, our Spicy Rainbow Mix is sorrel, radish, and mustard varieties atop a bed of sunnies. These mixes are only available in a large (60z) package. Like we always tell our children: eat your colors!!!

We started growing micro cilantro for some chef friends, and they have turned into a huge hit! Other items the chefs clamor for are the amaranth and beet micros! Deep red in color with amazing flavor, these beautiful little micros make any dish pop! But watch out, these bad boys are quite delicate.
